New Rox initiative is big hit!

With rehearsals for the forthcoming pruduction of 'Footloose' well underway, Rox has taken the show on tour to a number of schools in the region which seems to be proving a hit for the Bognor based music and arts charity. Students are treated to a presentation about the Rox Organisation and all of its activities and then a number of them participate in interactive workshops led by the Rox Theatrical Director and workshop leaders.

A grant from a Foundation specialising in supporting eduational inirtiatives using the arts has made the school tour possible and feedback has been extremely positive. Vicky Scales of Angmering School said "we had year 9 parents evening and every parent who had a child in the workshop (older siser/brother) raved about how they came home beaming about their day – so that is a real success!!"
